An example: a two-storey semi, gutters front, back and side, vacuumed and camera-checked. About an hour. Choose your own house to price it.
Prices are for a typical house of each type on a street we can park on. A very long terrace run, a conservatory roof or a steep bank at the back is priced when we see it.

Questions about the prices
What if my house is not typical?
Choose the nearest type. If it is very different, such as a long end-terrace with a rear extension or a back on a steep bank, we price it when we see it and tell you before we start.
Why does the month matter?
Biocides need dry days and a minimum temperature to work, re-sanding needs dry joints, and moss brushes off whole when it is dry. Doing a job in the wrong month means doing it again sooner.
Is VAT included?
Yes, every price on this site includes VAT.
Is anything stored when I use this?
No. Your choices are in the page address and nowhere else, and the page is not indexed by search engines once you use it.

Gutters any time; drives, render and roofs when the weather lets the job work. Photographs of every gutter run come by text the same day.
