Holton Road, the navy front.

On Barry's main shopping street, between the library and the old town hall, with the big window and the bench outside. Conveyancing rarely needs a visit; wills and LPAs are one meeting here or at your home, and the sea is five minutes down the hill if you want to walk afterwards.

Getting here

Where

115 Holton Road, the navy frontage with the big window, on the main shopping street in Barry between the library and the old town hall. The door is on the street; the meeting rooms are on the ground floor.

Parking

Holton Road has pay-and-display bays outside and the Kendrick Road car park is two minutes behind us, free for the first hour. Two spaces at the back for clients who cannot walk far; ask when you book.

Train and bus

Barry Docks station is a six-minute walk and Barry station ten. Most Vale buses stop on Holton Road itself or at the King Square interchange a minute away.

Access

Step-free from the pavement, a wide door, a ground-floor meeting room and an accessible toilet. For wills and LPAs we come to you anywhere in the Vale at no extra charge, and most of those meetings are at home.

Where we work

Conveyancing anywhere in England and Wales; most of it in Barry, Penarth, Dinas Powys, Sully, Rhoose, Llantwit Major, Cowbridge and Cardiff. Home visits for wills and LPAs across the Vale of Glamorgan.

Hours

Monday to Friday 9 to 5:30, Saturday mornings by appointment. Calls are answered in the day; messages and emails are returned the same working day, and every client has a direct line.

Lost, or would rather we came to you? Ring 01446 960 227.

The Vale

Barry, Penarth, the coast and the villages: the area we know house by house.

Most of our conveyancing is within fifteen miles of the office, which means we know the estates with the ground-rent problem, the streets where the flood search comes back amber, the management companies that take six weeks over a pack, and the new-build developers' solicitors by name. We act anywhere in England and Wales, but the local knowledge is why a Vale purchase here tends to be a week or two quicker.

Work out the fee for your move

Work out the fee, then get it in writing.

The calculator on the prices page gives the fixed fee for buying, selling or both, with the disbursements and the Land Transaction Tax. Send the quote form and the same figure comes back in writing within the working day, with the name and direct line of the person who will do the work.
