The most popular size: a kitchen, a garden or a loft
Midi skips, 4 and 5 yards
Our most hired skip: a kitchen rip-out, a loft, a big garden job or a small house tidy. Takes forty to fifty bin bags of waste, light or heavy, and still fits on most drives. From £225 for fourteen days.

The midi is the skip most people actually need. A 4-yard holds about forty bin bags; a 5-yard about fifty. That is a kitchen with its units and worktops, a loft that has not been cleared since the 1990s, or the whole back garden of a terrace.
Midis take heavy waste up to the top edge. Kitchen units are light but awkward: break them flat, and you will get twice as much in. Put the heavy, flat things in first and the bulky light things on top.
They need about 2.6 metres of length and 3 metres of width on the drive. On a narrow street with no drive it goes on the road with a council permit, which the delivery checker prices for your council.

Questions about midi skips
4 yards or 5?
For a kitchen, 4; for a kitchen plus anything else, 5. The £20 difference is cheaper than a second skip.
What about the fridge?
Fridges and freezers cannot go in, by law. We take them separately for £45 each on the same lorry.
Order by two. On your drive tomorrow.
Pick the size, tell us where it goes, and Glyn or one of the drivers drops it with boards under it. Fourteen days, collection, tipping and VAT in the price, and the permit sorted if it goes on the road.
