Not everyone wants a round. Some people want the windows done once before the in-laws come, some are selling and want the photographs to shine, and a great many are moving out of a rented flat with an inventory that says "windows clean inside and out" and a deposit riding on it. One-off work goes on Saturdays and Wednesday afternoons, when the vans are off the rounds, and it goes anywhere in Cardiff rather than just the four districts, because we are coming out specially.
A one-off outside clean is the round price for the house plus half, because a first clean is always a first clean, with a £25 minimum. If you decide afterwards that you would like to be on the round, the one-off counts as the first clean and the next visit is at the round price. Inside glass can be added at £2 a window on the same visit, with sheets on the sills and a microfibre on every frame.
End of tenancy is the full job: inside and out, the frames, the sills, the tracks of the sliding doors, the bathroom window that has never been opened, the Velux, the glass in the front door, and the mirror-finish the inventory clerk is looking for. We take a dated photograph of every window from inside when we finish and send it to you and, if you like, the agent, so there is no argument on checkout day. Two of us do a two-bed flat in under two hours. The letting agents on Cowbridge Road send their tenants to us, which tells you the clerks pass them.

How quickly can you come?
Usually the Saturday after you ring, sometimes the Wednesday. Checkout days are fixed, so tell us the date and we work back from it.
Do you do the whole flat?
Only the windows and the glass. For the rest of an end-of-tenancy clean we can give you the name of the domestic cleaning firm the same agents use.
