Where we are
Two doors up from the green.
The office is the first floor at 14 High Street, above the florist, with the vans in a yard off Bridge Road. Nobody is in on a weekday morning because they are all on the rounds, so ring, text, or come on a Saturday morning when the kettle is on.
Getting here, and where we go
The office
14 High Street, Llandaff, CF5 2DZ: the first floor above the florist, two doors up from the green, where Rhys started. The vans live in a yard off Bridge Road. Nobody is in the office on a weekday morning because they are all out on the rounds; ring, text or come on a Saturday morning.
Getting here
Buses 25, 33 and 62 stop on Cardiff Road by the cathedral green, a two-minute walk; Danescourt and Fairwater stations are fifteen minutes on foot. Parking on the High Street is an hour free; the Insole Court car park is five minutes away and free on Saturdays.
The four districts
CF5 (Llandaff, Canton, Fairwater, Ely, St Fagans), CF11 (Grangetown, Butetown, Riverside, Pontcanna, Leckwith), CF14 (Gabalfa, Llandaff North, Heath, Llanishen, Thornhill, Rhiwbina, Whitchurch) and CF15 (Tongwynlais, Radyr, Pentyrch, Creigiau). Twenty sectors, each with its day on the rounds page.
Beyond the rounds
One-off cleans, end of tenancy, gutters, conservatory roofs and solar panels go anywhere in Cardiff, Penarth and Dinas Powys on Saturdays and Wednesday afternoons. Commercial rounds run on the high streets of the four districts and to the business parks at Culverhouse Cross and Coryton.
Paying
Card at the door on the cleaner's reader, bank transfer the same evening to the account on the card we leave, or GoCardless so it goes out the day after each visit and you never think about it. No contract, no minimum term; skip a visit with a day's notice at no charge.
Hours
Rounds Monday to Friday 8 to 4; commercial from 6:30; one-off jobs Saturdays and Wednesday afternoons; the office phone Monday to Friday 8 to 5 and Saturday mornings. Texts answered the same day, usually within the hour.
Door locked? We are up a pole somewhere. Text 07700 900 660 and Lowri replies within the hour.
Your street has a day. Your house has a price.
The rounds page gives the day and the next date for your postcode; the prices page turns a window count into the figure. Send the form or a text and Lowri replies the same working day, and your first clean goes on the next round through your street.
