Your day
Twenty streets a cycle, one day each.
Four weeks, five working days, twenty postcode sectors: the vans go through the same streets in the same order so your neighbour's clean is the one before yours. This week is week 2 of the cycle. Type your postcode and the calendar gives your day and the next date; the same calendar is on the dashboard of every van.
Which day is my street?
The day comes from the sector, which is the first part of the postcode and the first digit of the second. Nothing you type is stored.
The whole calendar
Twenty sectors, and when each is next.
Week 2 of 4 is this week; its rows are marked. Bank holidays move a day on and we text the change.

Questions about the calendar
What if my day is a bank holiday?
The round moves on a day and so does everything after it that week; Friday's sector goes to the Saturday morning. We text the change the week before. Christmas week the vans stop and that cycle is skipped, so the gap is eight weeks once a year.
Can I have a different day?
Not on the round, because the day is the street's and the van is two miles away on the others. For a one-off, yes: Saturdays and Wednesday afternoons, anywhere in Cardiff.
Why is it four weeks and not a month?
Because the calendar has to fit twenty sectors into five-day weeks and a month does not divide into weeks. Four weeks gives thirteen visits a year, and the price is per visit, so the arithmetic on the prices page says thirteen.
My postcode says week 3 but my neighbour was done last week.
Then they are a different sector: the boundary runs down the middle of some roads, and Llandaff North and Llandaff are two different weeks. Type the whole postcode and the page gives the sector it used.
Your street has a day. Your house has a price.
The rounds page gives the day and the next date for your postcode; the prices page turns a window count into the figure. Send the form or a text and Lowri replies the same working day, and your first clean goes on the next round through your street.
