Occasions

Birthdays, babies, sorry, and Tuesdays.

Most people know the occasion and not the flowers, which is fine: that is our half. Six occasions, what we would send for each and roughly what it costs, and the three questions we will ask when you ring: who, what for, and which colours they love or hate.

Birthdays

Any budget

Bright and generous, in their favourite colour if you know it and the best of the season if you do not. The £55 is the usual; the £35 is plenty for a desk. A card in your words and same-day across the Vale.

Anniversaries

The years

We keep a note of every wedding we have done, so if we did yours we can do the bouquet again, in season, for the anniversary. For everyone else, the £85 with a focal flower and a vase.

Buckets of spring flowers in a cold roomOccasion

New baby

Soft and easy

Something soft, already in a vase so nobody has to find one, and nothing heavily scented for a house with a newborn. From £45, delivered to the house or the ward at Llandough.

Get well and thinking of you

Hospital or home

A bowl rather than a bouquet, so it needs nothing doing to it, with lasting flowers and nothing that drops. Some wards do not allow flowers; ring the ward first and we will tell you which do.

Thank you and sorry

Said properly

A thank you to a teacher, a neighbour, a nurse, a host; a sorry that needs to be bigger than a text. The £35 says it; the £55 says it and means it. We will write the card if you tell us what to say.
