Visit or order

Come in, or send a list.

Bring the dog and we will weigh it. Or tell us what you need and we will hold it at the counter, or put it on the next van.

Inside a small friendly pet shop with a wooden floor, shelves of paper sacks and baskets of toys, and a golden retriever on a lead

What do you need?

The van is free within three miles of the shop on orders over £25.

The van goes on Tuesdays and Fridays.

What food, what size, how many. If it is about an animal: what kind, how old and how heavy.

Coming in

Three things worth knowing.

Bring the dog

On a lead, please. The scales are by the counter, and a known weight makes both the food sum and the flea dose right. There is water by the door, and a bin of offcuts for the well behaved.

Bring the water

A clean jam jar of tank water, taken that morning, and without soap anywhere near the jar. Dylan tests it while you wait and explains what the numbers mean.

Bring the card

A stamp for each bag of food over £5. Lost it? We can keep your card behind the till, in the shoebox, under your name. See how it works.
