A free survey, then a written quote.

Tell us about the property and Nia books a time, including Saturday mornings. The engineer walks it with you and the quote follows within two working days.

What happens next

  1. Ring or send the form

    Nia books a time that suits, including Saturday mornings, and texts the name of the engineer coming.

  2. We walk it with you

    Forty-five minutes: the routes in, the rooms, the drive, the pets, the wifi and how you live in the house.

  3. A written quote

    Within two working days, every device listed with its price, the fitting and any monthly fee. Valid for 60 days.

  4. Fitted, then handed over

    Usually within a fortnight. We fit, test, show everyone how to use it and leave the certificate.
