Prices include VAT and fitting. Police response: The centre passes a confirmed alarm to South Wales Police with your URN. Police response needs two keyholders who can attend within twenty minutes and a twelve-month first term. The survey may find you need less; the price never goes up.
How it is worked out

Time on site counts each contact once and each camera twice: up to eight is half a day, up to sixteen one day, more two days. More than 6 doors, 12 windows or 8 cameras is quoted after a survey.
Questions about the kit builder
Why does the alarm need at least one door contact?
Because the front door is where you set and unset it: the contact starts the entry timer so you have time to reach the keypad. Every other contact is your choice.
Which windows should I protect?
Ones someone could reach from the ground, a flat roof or a wall: usually the ground floor at the back and side. Upstairs front windows rarely need a contact; the motion sensors cover the rooms.
Is the price a quote?
It is our published price for that kit. The written quote after the survey confirms it, and if the survey finds you need less, it comes down.
