We read every CV and ring every candidate, and we tell you what they are like and whether they are likely to take it. If we cannot find the right person, you pay nothing.

Before we advertise anything we come and look at the job. Who will they work for, what happens at seven in the morning, why did the last person leave? It takes half an hour, and that half hour means we send you three people rather than a stack. Most of our placements come from people we already know, because Bridgend is not a big town.

We reference properly and check the right to work, and we tell you when the salary will not attract the person you describe. If someone leaves within twelve weeks, you get money back on a sliding scale. Candidates never pay us: charging work-seekers for finding work is against the law for an agency in this country, and we would not do it if it were not.

What it costs

Our fee is 12% of first-year salary under £25,000, 15% up to £40,000 and 18% above that, payable when the person starts. Free for candidates, always. Every price is on the sectors page; the employer calculator shows your fee.
