Questions from employers

Do you ask for exclusivity?

No. Use other agencies if you like. Tell us you are doing so, so that we do not waste your time sending the same person twice.

How does the rebate work?

Within 2 weeks 100% back, up to 4 weeks 75%, up to 8 weeks 50%, up to 12 weeks 25%. The invoice must have been paid within 14 days.

What is included in the temp charge rate?

Pay, holiday pay at 12.07%, employer National Insurance, pension, apprenticeship levy where it applies, our insurance and our margin. We show you how it adds up.

Can we take on a temp permanently?

Yes. The transfer fee is in our terms, it falls with time and it is nil after 26 weeks.

Do you do volume or seasonal recruitment?

Yes, up to about 40 people at once around the county. Give us four weeks, and we will run a day at your site or at the office.

What if the salary is too low?

We tell you, with examples of what similar jobs pay. You can decide what to do about it. We would rather lose the job than waste six weeks.

Looking for work, or looking for someone?

Register in ten minutes and we will ring you, or tell us about the job and we will come and see it. Free for candidates, and no fee for employers unless someone starts.
