From your own armchair
Online sessions
The same sessions by video, for people up the valleys, or who find the stairs or the journey hard. You will need a quiet room and a chair.

Powys is a big county and the road over from Rhayader is long in the winter. Most of what we do works by video, and many people relax more easily in their own chair.
You need a quiet room, a door that shuts, headphones if you have them, and a comfortable chair rather than a bed. We take your address and a phone number at the start of each session, so that we can get help to you in the unlikely event that something goes wrong.
We do not work online with people in acute distress or who have a history of dissociation or psychosis, and we would ask you to see your GP first. Do not listen to the recordings while driving. People do ask.
What is included
- A secure video link
- A practice run on the technology first, free
- The recording emailed to you afterwards
- A phone number in case the connection drops
What it costs
Online sessions cost the same as those in person: £90 for the first and £65 for each after. There is no block booking. Most people have between two and six sessions, and we review at the third. The is it for me? page works it out by subject.
Questions about online sessions
What if my internet goes down?
We ring you straight away and talk you through finishing on the phone. You are not stuck under anything, and you would simply open your eyes.
Can I be anywhere in the UK?
Yes, as long as you are in the UK for the session, and in a private place.
Start with ten minutes on the phone.
Free, and no obligation. We ask what you are hoping for and tell you honestly whether we think we are the right people, or whether you should see someone else.
