Gareth was very clear that it might do nothing, and that there was better evidence for CBT. I use the recording most nights. I still wake at four sometimes, but I do not lie there fretting about it the way I did.

I needed a blood test and had been avoiding it for two years. We made a ladder of small steps. I felt silly doing it, but I went, with the recording in my ears in the car park.
Mair told me to ring the NHS service too, so I did, and I had patches as well. So I cannot tell you which bit did it. Eight months now. It was the first time anyone asked what I was getting out of smoking.
Father of the bride speech. I was dreading it for months. I still shook, but I got through it and I think I even enjoyed the end. The one-minute thing before you stand up is worth having.
I live an hour from Brecon and do not drive at night. I did not think it would work over a laptop. It was odd for about ten minutes, and then I forgot about it.
Helpful for the worst of it, and I still use the breathing. It did not sort everything, and Mair said early that it might not, so I went on to CBT through my GP too. I would have liked evening appointments.
Start with ten minutes on the phone.
