The part people skip
Reverse dieting after a show
Eight to twelve weeks after the stage: food brought back up steadily, training rebuilt, bloods rechecked through your GP, and help with how the body and the head feel afterwards.

The weeks after a show are when most of the damage in this sport happens. People eat everything, or nothing, and either way they feel terrible.
The day after the show you eat a normal, generous day of food. Then we bring your targets up over the following weeks until you are at a comfortable maintenance, and the scale goes up while it does. That is the plan working, not failing.
Training goes back to off-season volumes. Cardio comes down. You see your GP for a blood test, and we ask how you are sleeping, how your mood is and, for women, whether periods have returned.
Feeling flat or low after a show is common. If it lasts, or if food starts to feel like a problem, we will say so kindly and point you to your GP. We would rather lose a client than coach someone through an eating disorder.

Questions about after the show
How much weight will I put back on?
Some, quickly, which is water and food in the gut, then a slow amount after. Stage weight is not a weight anyone holds.
I did my prep elsewhere. Can I still come?
Yes, at £80 a month. Bring what you can about the prep.
When can I do another show?
Not until bloods, sleep and periods are back to normal and you have had a proper off-season. Usually a year, at least.
Start with a free half-hour. No sales, no scale.
Come in or call for thirty minutes: your training, your history, the show you have in mind if you have one, and an honest answer about whether it is the right time. If it is not, we will say so and say what would change it.
