All of the method, none of the stage

Physique coaching for non-competitors

The way bodybuilders train and eat, without the show: a plan to build muscle and get leaner, monthly check-ins and a posing session if you want one.

Most of our clients never compete. They come because bodybuilding training works: it builds muscle, it makes you stronger, and it is measurable.

The plan is the same shape as a competitor's, without the deadline: progressive training four or five days a week, food targets that suit what you are trying to do, and a monthly check-in with photographs and measurements if you want them.

There is no prep and no peak week. If you want to get leaner, we do it slowly and stop when you are happy, not when a date says so. If you want to build, we build.

Several clients have booked a posing session out of curiosity and ended up on a stage two years later. Several have not. Both are fine.

What is included

  • A training plan reviewed every four weeks
  • Food targets without a meal plan
  • A monthly check-in
  • In-person or online, same price
  • Optional posing sessions at £45

What it costs

£95 a month, no contract. Every price is on the services page; the countdown planner shows where any show date falls.

Questions about physique coaching

Will I get bulky?

Not by accident. Building muscle is slow; you will see it coming and can stop whenever you like.

I am over 50. Is it suitable?

Yes. Our oldest client started at 62. We write the plan around your joints and anything your GP has told you.

Do you write meal plans?

We set targets and teach you to hit them with food you like. If you need a medical diet, we refer you to a registered dietitian.

Start with a free half-hour. No sales, no scale.

Come in or call for thirty minutes: your training, your history, the show you have in mind if you have one, and an honest answer about whether it is the right time. If it is not, we will say so and say what would change it.
