Reviews

What clients say.

Collected independently after a client's first month and again after a show. Six of them here, including the one about how long Monday replies take in show season.

First show

I was terrified of going on stage. Twenty weeks of prep, a posing session every fortnight, and Carys backstage telling me when to pump up. I placed third and I loved every second of it. Nobody ever mentioned water cutting.

Contest prep

My third show and the first one where I did not feel ill in the last month. Slow, steady, the bloods done before and after. I came in fuller than ever because I was not dehydrated.

Posing

Four sessions with Owen took me from sixth to second in classic at the same federation a year apart. Same physique, near enough. The videos he sends are worth the money alone.

Non-competitor

I am 52 and will never compete. I train like a bodybuilder because it works: I am stronger than at thirty. The monthly check-ins keep me honest.

After the show

The reverse diet was the bit I dreaded. Carys was blunt about the scale going up and kind about how low I felt. Eight weeks later my period was back and I felt normal.

Off-season

Great coaching and very honest, but the check-in replies on a Monday can take most of the day when there are lots of people in prep. Worth it, just do not expect an instant answer in show season.

Collected by an independent review platform after a member's first month. We never choose which appear, and we answer every one.

About the four stars

Jamie is right about Mondays.

In spring, when most clients are in prep, Monday check-ins used to be answered in the order they arrived, which could mean late afternoon. Now check-ins are read on Monday and Thursday, split between Carys and Owen, and prep clients in their last eight weeks are answered first. Off-season replies can still take the day in April. We would rather say so.

Start with a free half-hour. No sales, no scale.

Come in or call for thirty minutes: your training, your history, the show you have in mind if you have one, and an honest answer about whether it is the right time. If it is not, we will say so and say what would change it.
