Made-to-measure curtains, poles and bay tracks
Curtains and tracks
Lined and interlined curtains made to measure, bent tracks for bays, ceiling tracks, wooden and metal poles, and the fitting that makes them hang properly.

A bay window in a Victorian house usually wants curtains, not blinds: they soften the angles, keep the heat in and make the room feel enclosed at night. The track decides whether they hang well.
We bend aluminium tracks to the exact shape of your bay on site, fix them to the ceiling or the wall with brackets every thirty centimetres so they never sag, and fit cord or motorised draw where curtains are heavy or high. Poles in wood or metal suit flat windows; we fit the pole wide enough for the curtains to stack clear of the glass.
Curtains are made by the same Bridgend workroom as our roman blinds: pinch pleat, double pleat, eyelet or wave heading, lined as standard, thermally interlined for draughty bays, blackout for bedrooms. Choose fabric in the showroom or bring your own. They take three to four weeks, and we hang and dress them so they fall in even folds from the first day.

Questions about curtains and tracks
Blinds or curtains in a bay?
Both work. Blinds in each window are neater and let you keep the sill; curtains on a bay track are warmer and softer. Many people do both, and we can show you the two side by side.
How long are curtains?
Three to four weeks for the workroom to make them, then we hang them in about an hour a window.
Can you hang curtains I have bought?
Yes, with a track or pole we supply and fit. We charge £45 a window to hang and dress them.
