Free: an hour at your house, a laser survey, samples in your own light, drawings in a week
Design visit and survey
An hour in your kitchen with Carys: we measure every wall, window and pipe with a laser, talk about how you cook and who is in the room, and look at door and worktop samples in your own light. A week later you have scaled drawings in 3D and a fixed quote. Free, and no obligation to buy.

Most kitchens go wrong at the measuring stage: a wall that is not square, a soil pipe in the corner nobody noticed, a window too low for a tall unit, a radiator where the dishwasher wants to go. The design visit is where we find all of that. Carys measures with a laser to the millimetre, notes the gas, the water, the drains and every socket, and asks how you actually use the room before she draws anything.
Then we talk about the kitchen you want. Carys brings a case of door samples, worktop offcuts and handles so you see them in your own daylight, which is never the showroom's, and she will tell you honestly if the colour you love will look grey in a north-facing room. If you have a budget, say it; she will design to it rather than show you something you cannot have.
A week later you get drawings to scale: a floor plan, the elevations of every wall and a 3D view you can turn round on your phone, with a quote that lists every item. Change what you like; the second and third versions are free too. If you decide not to go ahead, the drawings are yours to keep.

What it costs

Questions about design and survey
Do I have to come to the showroom first?
No. Most people book the visit straight from the website and come to the showroom afterwards to see the doors full size. Either order works.
What if I already have plans from an architect?
Even better. Bring them, or send them before the visit, and Carys will design inside the plan and tell you where it pinches.
