Aftercare
A kitchen moves in its first year: the wood settles, a door drops a millimetre, a drawer runner needs a turn. We come back at six weeks and at a year to adjust everything, and for five years a hinge, a drawer or anything we fitted is a visit within the week at no charge. Carcases carry a fifteen-year guarantee.
Every new kitchen needs a tweak. The timber in the doors takes up the moisture of the house over the first winter, hinges loosen by a quarter turn, a heavy pan drawer settles on its runners. None of it is a fault, and all of it is ten minutes with a screwdriver. So we book two visits when we finish: one at six weeks, one at a year, and Gethin or one of the team goes round every door and drawer.
Between those, and for five years after the fit, ring the aftercare line or send a photograph to the mobile and someone comes within the week. Doors, hinges, drawers, runners, handles, plinths, the worktop joints and anything we plumbed or wired are covered at no charge; so is a door that warps or a painted finish that fails. Carcases carry the works' fifteen-year guarantee.
Appliances are covered by the manufacturer, and we make the call for you in the first year. After five years we still come for £65 a visit, and we keep the drawings and the order for every kitchen we have fitted since 2009, so a replacement door in the same colour is a phone call.

Out-of-warranty adjustments on any kitchen we fitted, £65 a visit. Including VAT. What is not covered?
Damage, a worktop cut on, a door hung on, and appliances, which the manufacturer covers. We will still come and quote to fix them.
We bought the house with your kitchen in it. Are we covered?
Yes. The aftercare goes with the kitchen, not the owner. Ring with the address and we will find the order.
