The team

Six doctors, four nurses, and the people who answer the phone.

Four partners and two salaried GPs, two advanced nurse practitioners, four practice nurses and a healthcare assistant, a pharmacist, a physiotherapist, a mental health practitioner, a social prescriber, and a reception and administration team of eleven. The three who lead are below; everyone else is on the board in the waiting room with their working days.

The physiotherapists

What you can expect

Four things, every time.

Rung back the same morning

If you ask for same-day help before 10am, a clinician rings you back that morning. Most people hear within two hours; the phone wait at 8am averaged four minutes last quarter.

The right person, not just a doctor

Six GPs, two advanced nurse practitioners, four nurses, a pharmacist, a physiotherapist and a mental health practitioner. Reception asks what the problem is so you see whoever can sort it fastest.

Everything in plain English and Welsh

Letters, leaflets and this website in both languages on request. Interpreters by phone for forty languages, BSL by video, and large print or Easy Read on request.

Measured, published, improved

Our phone waits, appointment waits and survey results are published every quarter on the practice page, with what we changed because of them.

The Friday list
