About the four stars
The patio was 30 mm too high. Every threshold is levelled on the survey now.
Mandy's bi-folds were quoted with a level threshold, but nobody measured the patio against the floor, and it sat 30 mm too high to drain. Her builder had to drop it, and the fitting slipped a week. Kerry said so in her reply and paid for the builder's extra day. Since then the survey for any door to a garden includes a laser level from the floor to the patio, and the quote says what the threshold needs.
