Questions about the quote builder
Why a band and not a price?
Because windows are made to measure: a small landing window and a wide lounge window are both "a window". The band covers the usual spread of sizes in a Gwent house; the survey measures yours and fixes the price.
What is not in the builder?
Aluminium windows, bi-folds, patio doors and conservatory roofs, because almost every one is a one-off size. Kerry prices them at the survey, and the services pages give the starting prices.
Why does colour change the lead time?
Coloured profile is foiled before we cut it, which adds a week for anthracite and two for heritage green and oak. White is cut from stock.
Do I pay for the survey?
No. The survey and the written quote are free, and there is nobody ringing afterwards to chase you.
