Bethan writes the quotes, answers the phone and does the tricky sofas. Owain runs the van and does the cleaning. You will deal with one or both of them, every time.
Bethan started Fresh Pile in 2014 after fifteen years running the soft furnishings department of a Bridgend store, where she learned every fabric code by heart. She writes the quotes, takes the calls and does the trickier upholstery herself.
Owain has cleaned carpets for twelve years and runs the van. He is trained in carpet and upholstery cleaning and in rug washing, and he is the one with the UV torch. Ask him about traffic lanes and he will show you yours.
