The quote on the website was £181 and the bill was £181. Owain tested a corner first, moved everything, and the lounge was dry enough to walk on by the time the kids were home.
Reviews
From living rooms across Bridgend.
Six reviews, one for each kind of clean, including the four-star one. Collected independently a few days after the clean, and every one answered.

First names and areas only, at customers' request.
They clean two lets for us between guests on Saturdays. Always on time, always the receipt, and the reviews from guests have stopped mentioning the carpet.
Our rescue dog had used the back bedroom for weeks before we realised. The UV torch found nine spots. Two weeks on, no smell at all, and he has not been back.
My mother's old Persian rug came back looking twenty years younger. Four stars only because it took ten days, not the week I was told, though they rang to explain.
Bethan read the label before quoting and told me the velvet cushions needed a dry clean, not water. Every other company had just said yes.
Two-bedroom flat, booked the day before handover. The receipt listed every room and the agent did not raise the carpets at all.
About the four stars
Ten days, not seven, and now we say ten.
Alun's rug needed a second wash because the fringe was more stained than it looked. We rang him, but the honest answer is that we should have quoted a range in the first place. Workshop washes are now quoted as seven to ten days, and we ring when it goes in the water.

Reviews are collected by an independent service a few days after the clean, and we never choose which appear. Good or not, they stay up, and Bethan answers every one.
