Cleaning
End-of-tenancy carpet cleaning
Every carpet in an empty flat or house cleaned to the standard the inventory clerk checks, with a receipt for the deposit.
Two-bedroom flats from £140, whole houses priced by the room
Most deposit disputes in Wales are about cleaning, and carpets are the biggest single item. Inventory clerks look for traffic lanes, drink stains and the dents where furniture stood. A professional clean with a dated receipt answers most of them.
An empty property is the easiest clean there is: no furniture, every corner reachable. We vacuum, pre-spray, agitate and rinse every carpeted room, lift furniture dents with steam and a brush, and treat any stains we find, then give you a dated receipt that lists what we did.
We work for tenants, landlords and letting agents in Bridgend, Porthcawl, Pencoed and Maesteg. Agents can book through the form and pay on a monthly invoice.
Book us after the furniture has gone and before the keys are handed back. We need water and electricity on.
What is included
- Every carpeted room and the stairs
- Furniture dents lifted
- Stains treated and noted
- A dated receipt listing the work
- Monthly invoicing for agents
What it costs
A two-bedroom flat with lounge, hall and stairs from £140; houses priced by the room on the quote form. Agents and landlords invoiced monthly. The room-by-room quote adds it up for your house, and the price it shows is the price you pay.
Questions about end of tenancy
Will this guarantee my deposit back?
No one can promise that, and we will not. A clean with a receipt answers the usual carpet point; damage and burns are another matter.
Do you do the rest of the cleaning?
Carpets and upholstery only. We can recommend two end-of-tenancy cleaners in Bridgend who book us for the carpets.
Can you come the day before handover?
Usually, if you book a week ahead. Carpets are dry in a few hours, well before the inventory check.
Count the rooms, see the price, pick a slot.
The quote on the screen is the price on the invoice. Bethan confirms the slot the same working day, and Owain texts when he is twenty minutes away.
