Cleaning
Commercial carpets
Offices, surgeries, churches and holiday lets, cleaned out of hours on carpet tiles and contract carpet.

From £1.40 a square metre, evenings and weekends
Commercial carpet is built to hide dirt, which is why it usually gets cleaned too late. A quarterly low-moisture clean keeps traffic lanes from greying and puts off the day the tiles have to be replaced.
For offices and surgeries we use a low-moisture encapsulation clean: a crystallising solution worked in with a rotary machine, which dries in under an hour and is vacuumed out by your own cleaners in the following days. Heavy soiling gets a full hot water extraction instead.
We work evenings and weekends at no extra charge, with our own insurance and method statements for building managers. Holiday lets in Porthcawl get a changeover clean between guests.
A maintenance contract is three or four visits a year at a fixed price, with spot cleaning between visits for spills.

Questions about commercial
Can you work around our opening hours?
Yes. Most commercial cleans start after 6pm or on a Sunday; we leave with the building locked and alarmed as agreed.
Do you need a survey?
For anything over 200 square metres, yes, free. Smaller areas we can price from a floor plan.
Do you clean upholstered office chairs?
Yes, £9 a chair seat and back, done at the same visit.
