Checked, unlocked, guaranteed
Second-hand phones
Unlocked, wiped and tested, with battery health written on the card and a six-month guarantee.

A two-year-old phone with a new battery does everything most people want, at half the price. Every one we sell has been opened up, tested and checked.
We buy from local people and from trade sources, and check each IMEI against the stolen and blocked registers. Then we wipe the phone, test every function, and fit a new battery if it is under 85 per cent. The grade is on the card: A means it looks nearly new, B means light marks that you can see.
We check how much longer the phone will get software updates, and we tell you. A cheap phone that has stopped getting security updates is not a bargain, and we would rather not sell you one.

Questions about second-hand phones
Can I sell you my old phone?
Yes, if it is yours and paid off. Bring ID, and remove your accounts, or we will help you do it. We pay by bank transfer or cash up to £100.
What about software updates?
We tell you how long the maker has promised to support each phone, as best we know. It is on the card as a year.
Bring it in. Most phones take under an hour.
Walk in, Monday to Saturday on Commercial Street. You get the price before we start, and we will tell you if it is not worth doing.
