When it is the photos that matter

Data recovery

Dead phone, dropped drive, deleted folder. Tell us what you need back, and we charge only if we get it.

Tell us exactly what you want back: the photos of your mam, the accounts, the last messages. It helps us work out what is worth trying, and in what order.

Most phones with a smashed screen or dead charging port can be brought to life long enough to copy the data, and that is the simple end. Sadia does board-level work at the microscope for phones that will not start, moving the essential chips if she has to. Mechanical hard drives that click need a clean room, and we will send those to a specialist we trust and tell you what it costs first.

Your data is private. We work on it only for as long as we need to, you get it back on a drive or in a shared folder for a week, and then we delete our copy. If a phone is encrypted and you do not have the passcode, we cannot get in and neither can anyone honest.

How it works here

  • A £20 assessment and honest odds before you commit
  • Pay for recovery only if we recover what you asked for
  • Your copy on a drive, or a private folder for a week
  • Our copy deleted when you confirm you have it
  • Clean-room jobs sent to a named specialist, price agreed first

What it costs

Phones and tablets from £60, laptop and external hard drives from £90, board-level recovery from £150. Nothing to pay beyond a £20 assessment if we recover nothing. Compare everything on the prices page, or use the repair picker for your device.

Bring it in. Most phones take under an hour.
