Charging ports
Half the time it is pocket fluff and we clean it for £10. The other half is a new port, usually within the hour.

Water damage
Bring it in quickly and switched off. A £45 clean and diagnosis tells us whether it is worth repairing, and what the chances are.

Data recovery
Dead phone, dropped drive, deleted folder. Tell us what you need back, and we charge only if we get it.

Second-hand phones
Unlocked, wiped and tested, with battery health written on the card and a six-month guarantee.

The honest bit
Sometimes the answer is do not bother.
A £129 screen on a phone worth £90 is money wasted. So if a repair costs more than about 60 per cent of what the phone would sell for, we will tell you. We can usually still get your photos off, and we have second-hand phones with their battery health written on the card.

The price before we start
You get a fixed price up front. If we find something else, we stop and ring before doing any more.
Six months guaranteed
Six months on every part and repair. If it was our fault, we fix it for nothing.
We will say if it is not worth it
If a repair costs more than the phone is worth, you will hear that first, and you will not pay.
Your data stays yours
We ask for what we need to test the phone, and we do not look at anything else.

What people told us.
Dropped it on the way to work. Left it at nine and had it back by ten with no drama, and the price was the one on the website. Dylan even got the old fluff out of the port for free.

Questions people ask
Do I need an appointment?
No, for most phones. Walk in and we will usually start straight away. Booking in lets us make sure we have the part, particularly for older or unusual models.
Will a repair wipe my phone?
A screen, battery or port repair does not touch your data. Back up anyway if you can. Water damage and board work are riskier, and we will tell you.
Are you authorised by Apple or Samsung?
No, we are independent. We tell you whether a part is original or compatible, and on some newer phones a replaced part shows a message. Ask us before we start.
Will repairing my phone affect my warranty?
An independent repair can affect a maker's warranty on the phone. If yours is under a year old and the fault is not your doing, try the maker first; we would rather you did.
What if it breaks again?
If it is the part or the fitting, we fix it free within six months. If you drop it again, we will fix it again, at a small discount and with some sympathy.
Do you need my passcode?
It helps us test the phone properly after a repair, and you can change it afterwards. If you would rather not, we can test as much as possible with you here.
