Dropped it on the way to work. Left it at nine and had it back by ten with no drama, and the price was the one on the website. Dylan even got the old fluff out of the port for free.
Reviews
What people told us.
Six reviews, including a fair one about a laptop part that took eight days to come.

Six of them.
My tablet had been in the bath with my granddaughter. He looked at it, told me it was not worth the money, charged me nothing extra and got the photos off for me. Honesty like that is rare.
My late husband's old phone would not switch on and I wanted his voicemails. Sadia worked on it for a week and got them all. I cannot tell you what that meant to me.
I was about to buy a new phone. He picked out a lump of pocket fluff with a tiny tool and charged me a tenner. Now I feel daft, and I am £400 better off.
A good job when it came, but the part took eight days, not the two I had hoped for. To be fair, they did ring to warn me, and they lent me an old tablet in the meantime.
Bought a used Samsung for my son. Battery health was written on the card, it had a new case, and they had set it up with parental controls when I asked. Still going strong.

About the four stars
Chris is right about that laptop part.
We keep common phone parts on the shelf, but there are too many laptops to do the same for them. A screen for an unusual model can take a week or more to arrive. So when we book in a laptop now, we check the supplier's date before we promise you anything, and we tell you that date rather than our hopes. We also keep an old tablet to lend out, and you are welcome to it.

Bring it in. Most phones take under an hour.
Walk in, Monday to Saturday on Commercial Street. You get the price before we start, and we will tell you if it is not worth doing.
