Eaves-level scaffolds for roofers, gutters, fascias and solar
Roofing and gutter access
Eaves-level scaffolds with edge protection for re-roofs, gutters, fascias and soffits and solar panel installs, with loading bays and hoists where needed.

Roofers need two things from a scaffold: a safe edge to stop people and materials coming off the roof, and somewhere to land slates and tiles. An eaves-level scaffold does both.
We build to the eaves with a boarded working lift, guardrails above the gutter line and brick guards or netting where materials could fall, and a loading bay where the roofer wants to land materials. For solar installs we build to the same standard, with a ladder bay at the end nearest the inverter.
Gutter and fascia replacements along a terrace can often be done from a single run along the front, moved along as the work goes; we price that as one job with a move. For larger roofs we add a hoist so tiles do not have to come up a ladder.
What it includes
- Boarded lift at the eaves
- Edge protection above the gutter
- Brick guards or netting
- Loading bay where you want it

Questions about roof and gutter access
Does my roofer need a scaffold?
For anything more than a quick repair, yes: work at height law expects edge protection where someone could fall from a roof. Most roofers will ask for one.
Can you work with my roofer's dates?
Yes. We talk to them directly and put it up the day before they start.
Is solar panel access different?
Only in where the ladder bay goes and how long it stays. We work with installers across Neath Port Talbot regularly.
