What we look at.
- Height at the ridge, and how much of the floor you could stand on
- Rafters or trussed rafters, chimneys, and water tanks
- Where the stairs could land and what they would take
- Boiler, soil pipe and consumer unit
- Volume allowance, conservation area, party walls
You get a drawn outline and a fixed quote within two weeks. There is no obligation, and nobody will ring every Tuesday afterwards.
