A core range of four, twenty-odd seasonals a year, Welsh malt where we can get it, on a ten-barrel kit
The beers
Four beers all year (Twyn Pale, Graig Lager, Berw Stout and Pwll Bitter), a seasonal most fortnights from a hazy IPA to a sour with Rhondda rhubarb, a 7.8% imperial stout at Christmas, and a 2.8% table beer for the people driving. Brewed on a ten-barrel kit behind the glass wall, from Welsh malt where we can get it and water from the hill. The board page says what is on today.

We brew about twenty-eight different beers a year and keep four of them on all the time. The core range is the thing a pub can rely on; the rotation is the thing that keeps the brewers interested and the regulars coming on a Thursday to see what has changed. Everything is on the board page with its style, its strength and its price.
Twyn Pale (4.2%) is the beer we sell most of: a West Coast pale with Welsh malt and American hops, bitter enough to be a pint. Graig Lager (4.6%) is a Helles that takes six weeks and is the one the people who do not like craft beer drink. Berw Stout (5.0%) is dry and roasty and the beer the Sunday roast wants. Pwll Bitter (3.9%) is the cask one, on handpull Thursday to Sunday, for the people who were here before the chapel was. All four are in cans year round.
The rotation is where the fun is: a hazy IPA most months, a sour in summer (the rhubarb one comes from a farm in the Rhondda and sells out in a fortnight), a smoked porter in the autumn, a 7.8% imperial stout at Christmas that we ration, a 2.8% table beer in January for the people driving, and the occasional collaboration with another Welsh brewery that comes out of a tour conversation. The board page filters by style and strength, which exists because a customer asked for "the darkest thing under five per cent" and the answer took three of us.

Questions about beers
Is anything gluten-free or vegan?
All the beers are vegan (no finings). Graig Lager and the table beer are brewed with an enzyme that takes gluten below 20ppm and are labelled so; the rest are not.
Can I buy a keg for a party?
Yes: a 30-litre keg of the core range is £98 with a tap you return, and we lend a cooler jacket. Order by Wednesday for the weekend.
Saturday at two: the tour, a flight, and a can to take home.
Ninety minutes round the tanks with whoever brewed that week, malt and hops in your hands, a taste from a fermenter, then four thirds on the chapel floor. £25, twelve at most. The same form takes a mixed box, the gallery, or a trade order.
