The board

The board, as it is on the bar.

Every tap with its style, its strength to a decimal and its price, and the beers that are cans-only, updated when a keg changes. Filter by style or by the strongest you fancy; the filter is for the person who asked for the darkest thing under five per cent and watched three of us think about it.

The core four

Four beers all year, in cans and on the bar, so a pub can rely on them.

Twyn Pale is the one we sell most of; Graig Lager takes six weeks and is the beer for the people who do not like craft beer; Berw Stout is dry and roasty and wants a roast; Pwll Bitter is the cask one for the people who were here before the chapel was. The rest of the board rotates through whatever came out of the tanks that fortnight, which is why this page exists.

  • All four in 440ml cans at £3.80, twelve for £36
  • All the beers vegan; the lager and the table beer gluten below 20ppm
  • A 0.5% lager in cans, brewed not de-alcoholised

Questions about the beer

Is anything gluten-free or vegan?

All the beers are vegan (no finings). Graig Lager and the table beer are brewed with an enzyme that takes gluten below 20ppm and are labelled so; the rest are not.

Can I buy a keg for a party?

Yes: a 30-litre keg of the core range is £98 with a tap you return, and we lend a cooler jacket. Order by Wednesday for the weekend.

Saturday at two: the tour, a flight, and a can to take home.

Ninety minutes round the tanks with whoever brewed that week, malt and hops in your hands, a taste from a fermenter, then four thirds on the chapel floor. £25, twelve at most. The same form takes a mixed box, the gallery, or a trade order.
