At the counter, while you wait

Gift wrapping

Paper, string and a proper bow for £3 while you wait, whether you bought it here or not. It is free over £30.

Hands wrapping a small box in teal paper with red tissue on a wooden counter, tying a string bow

Bring us anything. For £5 Iestyn will wrap a thing you bought on the internet and could not face doing yourself. We will not ask why it is a shovel.

We wrap at the counter while you wait, usually in five minutes, or fifteen on the Saturday before Christmas. Choose the deep red or the teal paper and we will use cotton string and tie a proper bow. Everything can go in a recycling bin afterwards, including the string if you take the knot out.

Going to post it? We have boxes, and we will pack and post it for you with a note in your words, for the cost of the postage plus £2.

How it works here

  • Paper, tissue, string and a tied bow
  • Usually five minutes while you wait
  • Recyclable, with no plastic ribbon
  • A handwritten tag, if you want one
  • Packing and posting for postage plus £2

What it costs

Wrapping is £3 a present, free when you spend £30 in the shop, and £5 for anything you bought elsewhere and brought along. More prices are on the shop page, and the gift finder picks six by budget.

Questions about gift wrapping

Can you wrap something large?

Up to about the size of a hamper at the counter. For anything larger, we will talk about it and may use a great deal of brown paper.

Can you post it for me too?

Yes. Pay for the postage plus £2 and we pack it, add your note and send it. See the last posting dates on the gift finder page.
