Four without alcohol, one low, all made like the others
Low and no alcohol
Four drinks with no alcohol and one low-alcohol spritz that took as long to develop as anything else on the list, made with the same ice, the same glassware and the same care, because the person not drinking is still a guest.

Half the tables on a Friday have someone driving, pregnant, in training or simply not drinking tonight. A lime and soda is not a drink for a guest. These are.
The no-alcohol list is built from the same cellar as the rest: house shrubs for acidity, cordials for sweetness, verjus and tea for the structure that alcohol would normally give. The current four are on the menu page with every ingredient. They are shaken or stirred over the same block ice, served in the same frozen glass and garnished the same way, and they cost £7 because the ingredients cost less, not because they matter less.
We stock a non-alcoholic gin, a non-alcoholic aperitivo and a non-alcoholic whisky alternative, so a Negroni or a Martini without can be made on request; we are honest that they are an approximation. The low-alcohol spritz is about a third of the strength of a glass of wine, listed as such, and is the drink most people have when they want one and then another.

Questions about low and no
Are the no-alcohol drinks sweet?
Not by default. Two of the four are dry and bitter on purpose, because that is what most people miss when they stop drinking. The menu says which; ask and we will steer you.
Book a table, or take the back room.
Forty seats, so Thursdays to Saturdays need a booking. The back room seats sixteen with no hire fee against a minimum spend; the whole bar is yours on a Monday. Eighteen and over after 5pm.
