Sixteen behind the curtain, or forty with the key.
The back room is a long table for sixteen with its own hatch to the bar and a bartender of your own, with no hire fee against a minimum spend. The whole bar is yours on a Monday, when we are otherwise shut. Huw answers every enquiry himself.

The back room
Sixteen at one table, curtained off, own hatch and bartender, from 6pm until close. No hire fee. Minimum spend £600 Friday and Saturday, £350 Sunday to Thursday.
The whole bar, Mondays
Forty seated or sixty with the stools out, the room as it is or as you want it, the trio or a masterclass bookable. Minimum spend £2,400, from 5pm until 1am.
Drinks and food
A set list of four or five cocktails so drinks come out fast, priced as on the menu, or a per-head package from £32 for three drinks. Snack boards £28 for three; the full snack menu per head.
Deposit and dates
£200 holds the date and comes off the final bill. December back rooms book out by October. Monday whole-bar dates are usually available six weeks out.
How it works
One email to Huw, one visit if you want one.
Send the date, the numbers and what the occasion is through the booking form or to the email below. Huw replies within a working day with what is available and a suggested set list. Most people come in for a drink and a look at the room; a £200 deposit then holds the date, and the final numbers and the menu are confirmed a week before. On the night the bartender at the hatch runs a tab against the minimum spend and you settle at the end.
