Upstairs, with its own bar
Function room
The upstairs room for parties, christenings, wakes and meetings: 60 seated or 90 standing, its own bar, free hire with a buffet from £11.50 a head.

Upstairs is the old lodge room, where the miners’ union met. It now holds birthdays, christenings, wakes, the choir and the odd council meeting.
The room seats 60 at round tables or holds 90 standing, with its own small bar, a sound system and a projector. There is no hire charge when you have a buffet with us, from £11.50 a head; without food it is £100 for an evening.
The function room page has the buffets, the capacities and the stairlift details. Wakes we will always fit in, usually within the week.
