Four eight-seater minibuses for five to eight people: the family to Bristol with the cases, the rugby crowd to the Principality, the hen party to Cardiff and home again at two, the wedding party between the chapel and the venue. The saloon fare plus 40%, fixed, with a driver who has done the stadium traffic before.
Five people and their bags do not fit in a saloon, and two taxis cost more than one minibus. We run four eight-seaters, booked the day before for the airport and the match, and on the night for everything else when one is free. The fare is the saloon fare plus 40%, which for six to Cardiff on match day is £45 between them, or £7.50 a head, and nobody is left on the pavement.
The eight-seaters are a mix of minibuses with three rows of seats, seatbelts for everyone, air conditioning, and a boot that takes six suitcases or the rugby bags. They are driven by our longest-serving drivers because the stadium, the Bay on a Saturday night and the Bristol Airport drop-off need somebody who has done them. Child seats and boosters are booked ahead at no charge.
Match days: we take you to the Principality or the Cardiff City Stadium for the fixed fare and bring you home for the same, with a pick-up point agreed before the game because the roads round the stadium close. Nights out: Cardiff and back for a hen or a birthday, with the return booked for a time and the driver's number in your phone; the 25% night uplift applies after midnight as it does to every car. Weddings: by the hour between the chapel, the photographs and the venue, quoted in writing, with ribbons if you want them.
Five to eight people to an airport is where the eight-seater earns its keep: £154 to Bristol for six people with cases, against two saloons at £220. Book the day before for a fixed time; the flight is watched on the way home as for every airport job. For more than eight we send two vehicles and price it as two.

Do we pay per person?
No, per car: the fixed fare for the zone plus 40%, split between you however you like. Six to Cardiff on match day is £45 between you.
Can we book an eight-seater for a night out and get it home at two?
Yes. Book both legs the day before; the return is at a time you set, with the driver's number in your phone, and the night uplift applies after midnight as it does to every car.
