By train and bus
Penarth station is a four-minute walk along Plassey Street. Buses 92, 93 and 94 from Cardiff stop on Windsor Road at the end of Glebe Street.
Parking
Two-hour free parking on Glebe Street and Ludlow Street, usually with a space before 10am. The pay-and-display car park on Albert Road is a three-minute walk. Pull up outside to drop off curtains and wedding dresses.
Handing in
Come to the counter during opening hours. Fitted alterations are pinned there and then in the fitting room; dry cleaning is checked and ticketed at the counter. Hand in before 3pm and that day counts towards the ready-by date.
Access
One low step at the door with a ramp on request, a level shop floor, and a fitting room and bridal room on the ground floor with a chair and a wide door. Ring ahead and we will have the ramp out.
Collecting
Bring your ticket or photo ID. Uncollected items are kept for three months, and we text and ring before then. Wedding dresses are delivered if you would rather.
Collecting after 5:30pm? Ring 029 2018 0975 and we will leave it with the evening fittings, until 7pm Monday to Thursday.

Most alterations and all dry cleaning need no appointment: come to the counter on Glebe Street and we pin it there and then, with the price and the ready-by date on your ticket. Bridal, made-to-measure and evening fittings are booked.
