£95, an hour at your house, refunded when you order
The design visit
An hour with Siân in the room itself: measured, the pipes and the soil stack found, a layout drawn and three options priced, before anything is chosen in the showroom. £95, refunded against a bathroom you order.
A bathroom is designed around the things you cannot see: where the soil pipe goes, which way the joists run, how far the boiler is, and whether the wall that looks solid is a stud wall. So Siân comes to you first, with a tape, a moisture meter and the sample boards, and the showroom comes second.
In the hour she measures the room, finds the soil stack and the water supplies, checks the boiler and the pressure, looks under the floor if a board lifts, and asks how you use the room: who showers and who bathes, who needs a rail, where the towels go. She takes photographs and leaves you with a list of questions, not a brochure.
Within a week you get a drawn layout and three options at three prices: keep the layout and change everything else, the best layout for the room, and the one you asked for, with the honest cost of each. Then you come to the showroom on Windsor Road to choose the tiles and the taps with the drawing in hand. The £95 comes off the bathroom if you order it.

Questions about the design visit
Why charge for the visit?
Because it is an hour of a designer's time and a week of drawing, and it is useful whether or not you order from us. You keep the drawing either way, and the fee comes off if you do.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Yes, any time we are open, to look and to talk. Most people find it easier to choose once the layout is drawn.
How soon can you visit?
Usually within the week, weekdays or Saturday mornings.
Start with an hour in the room. Then the showroom.
The design visit is £95 and comes off the bathroom when you order: Siân measures the room, finds the pipes and the soil stack, and sends a drawn layout with three priced options within a week. Or price a package on the estimator first.
