Questions about the estimate
What is the difference between the bottom and the top of the band?
The products: our standard ranges (good British and European brands) at the bottom, premium ranges and larger-format tiles at the top. The labour and the programme are the same. Most bathrooms land in the middle.
What is the lead time?
The weeks from ordering to the first day of the fit, which changes with the time of year: about five weeks in winter and early summer, seven to eight in the autumn rush. It is worked out from today each time the page loads.
What is not included?
Moving the soil pipe (an extra), plastering a whole ceiling, decorating beyond the bathroom walls, and anything structural we find under the floor, which we show you and price before we fix it.
Is a grant-funded wet room priced the same?
It is priced to the occupational therapist's specification, which may differ from the package. The council approves the quote before anything starts.
