Mixed while you wait
Paint and decorating
Emulsion, gloss and masonry paint mixed to any colour, plus brushes, rollers and filler. Tell us the room and we do the sums.

Bring us a chip of the old paint, a cushion or a photograph of a door you liked in Tenby, and Kayleigh will mix something close while you wait.
We mix emulsion, eggshell, gloss and masonry on the machine behind the counter, in tins of 1, 2.5 and 5 litres. Colour matching is free. It usually takes about five minutes, and we dab the lid so you know what is inside. Matching from a phone photograph is less reliable, and we will say so.
Use the paint calculator before you come in, because most people buy too much or too little. It works out the wall area, takes off the doors, and gives you the cheapest mix of tins that covers it. The leftover from a 5 litre tin is less painful than running out on a Sunday.

Questions about paint and decorating
Can I bring back paint I do not use?
Not once it is mixed, because nobody else wants your particular green. Sealed standard white can come back within 28 days with a receipt.
How many coats do I need?
Two is usual. Add one if you are covering a strong colour, and a thinned mist coat first on new plaster. The calculator lets you change the coats.
Do you sell wallpaper?
Paste, scrapers, brushes and lining paper, yes. Patterned paper, only to order from a book.
Bring the broken bit in.
Hand it over the counter and we will find you the part, or tell you what you actually need. Monday to Saturday, and until 1pm on a Wednesday.
