Fat, scale, silt and roots, cleaned back to the pipe wall
High-pressure jetting
Van-mounted jetting at up to 4,000 psi with nozzles for fat, scale and roots, for drains that are slow, smelly or blocking again and again.

Rods push a hole through a blockage. A jetter cleans the whole pipe back to its wall, which is what stops a fat-lined kitchen drain blocking again a month later.
Our vans carry a jetter with a hundred metres of hose and nozzles for different jobs: a forward-and-back nozzle that scours fat and scale, a rotating nozzle for heavy build-up, and a root cutter for fibrous roots through joints. We jet from the lowest chamber upstream, so what we wash out goes to the sewer, not into your garden.
Jetting is the right first step for slow kitchen drains in restaurants and older houses, for gullies full of silt, and for any drain with roots. After jetting we usually run the camera through to show you the pipe, because a clean pipe is the only time you can see whether it is cracked.

Questions about jetting
Can jetting damage my drain?
Not a sound one. A pipe that is already cracked or collapsing can be made worse, which is why we look first and adjust the pressure.
How often should a restaurant drain be jetted?
Every three to six months for a busy kitchen with a grease trap, and the trap emptied more often. Commercial contracts set the interval.
Will it get rid of the smell?
If the smell is from fat and silt, yes. If it is a broken pipe or a dry trap, the camera tells us.
