Commercial drain maintenance

Planned jetting, grease trap checks, CCTV and a priority call-out line for kitchens, shops, schools, care homes and property managers.

A blocked drain in a restaurant on a Saturday night is not a drain problem, it is a closed restaurant. Planned maintenance stops most of them, and a priority line handles the rest.

We look after kitchens on Wind Street and in the Marina, shops in the Quadrant, schools, care homes and letting agents' portfolios. A contract sets a visit schedule, usually jetting the kitchen run and checking the grease trap every three months, with a camera survey once a year and a short report each time for your records and your environmental health file.

Contract customers ring a priority line and pay the day rate at any hour, including weekends. Visits are arranged around opening times, early mornings and after closing, so the kitchen never has to stop for us.

What it includes

  • Scheduled jetting and grease trap checks
  • Annual CCTV survey
  • Reports for your records
  • Visits outside opening hours
  • Priority line at the day rate
  • Portfolio pricing for landlords

What it costs

Planned maintenance from £95 a visit; contract customers get the day rate at any hour. The price page shows the day and out-of-hours prices and which one applies right now.

Questions about commercial maintenance

Do you empty grease traps?

We check and clean under-sink grease traps on each visit; large below-ground traps are emptied by tanker and scheduled with you.

Can you work at night?

Yes, that is when most kitchens want us. Contract visits are at the day rate whatever the hour.

Do you work for letting agents?

Yes. Tenants ring us direct with the address; you get the report and the invoice.

Overflowing? Ring now.

The phones are answered day and night. You get the price for the job and the time of day before we set off, an arrival window, and a text when we are fifteen minutes away.
