Fixing the pipe without digging up the garden, where we can
Drain repairs and relining
Patch liners for single cracks and open joints, full relining for long damaged runs, and excavation when nothing else will do, all priced from the camera survey.

Most cracked and leaking drains can be repaired from the inside, through the chambers, with a resin liner that sets hard inside the old pipe. No digging, no lifted patio, and a day's work.
A patch liner is a short sleeve of glass fibre soaked in resin, carried to the defect on an inflatable packer, inflated against the pipe wall and left to cure. It seals a crack, an open joint or a root entry for decades. Where a run has many defects, a full-length liner is pulled through from chamber to chamber and cured in place, giving a new pipe inside the old one.
Relining cannot fix a pipe that has collapsed or dropped so far that water sits in it; that needs digging up and replacing, which we also do, with the reinstatement priced in. Every repair starts with a camera survey and finishes with another, so you see the before and the after.

Questions about repairs and relining
How long does relining last?
Manufacturers rate cured-in-place liners at fifty years; we guarantee ours for ten.
Will my insurance pay for a repair?
Many home policies cover accidental damage to drains. Our survey report is written for insurers and includes the stills they ask for.
What if the drain is under the extension?
Relining is often the only sensible option there, and the reason to survey before you build.
