Questions about prices
Why does the price depend on the time?
Because an engineer called out at night or on a Sunday is paid more to be on call, and works alone. The out-of-hours price is the same whatever the hour once it applies.
What if it takes longer than an hour?
We stop at the hour, show you what we have found and price the next half hour before doing it.
Is the arrival window a promise?
It is our honest estimate from where the engineers are. You get a text when we are fifteen minutes away, and a call if anything changes.
Overflowing? Ring now.
The phones are answered day and night. You get the price for the job and the time of day before we set off, an arrival window, and a text when we are fifteen minutes away.
