Everyday plumbing done the same day where we can: leaks, taps, toilets, showers, outside taps, stopcocks and bathroom installations.
Dripping taps, running toilets, a shower that is either scalding or freezing: small jobs that we fit around the boiler work, usually within a day or two, at a fixed price told to you before we start.
We carry the parts for most taps, toilets, ball valves and waste traps, so most small jobs are done on the first visit. Showers and mixers are replaced or repaired; we fit thermostatic valves where the old one scalds. Outside taps, stopcocks and isolation valves are fitted so that next time there is a leak, you can stop it yourself.
Bathroom installations are done with our own tiler: strip-out, first fix, suite, tiling, second fix, in two to three weeks. We price from your choice of suite or supply one from two ranges we fit all the time.

Do you charge a call-out fee for plumbing?
The call-out is £95 and includes the first hour of work, which covers most tap, toilet and small leak jobs completely. Anything longer is quoted before we carry on.

Services and certificates at a fixed price, repairs quoted after the first hour. Pick a day online or ring the office; emergencies go straight to the on-call engineer, day or night.
