Repairs: the call-out covers the first hour of diagnosis and work. Parts and any further labour are quoted on the spot and agreed before fitting; labour after the first hour is £58 an hour. Power flush £450 for up to ten radiators, £35 per extra radiator. Unvented cylinder annual check £85.

Three tiers. Every one includes the survey, the boiler, a magnetic filter, a chemical flush, controls where needed, the old boiler taken away, the warranty registered and building control notified.

Finance from 2 to 10 years is available on boilers over £1,000 through a third-party provider, subject to status; the representative example is on every quote. We are a credit broker, not a lender.
Price questions
Are these prices really fixed?
Yes. Services, certificates, call-outs and the boiler plan are fixed and include VAT. New boilers are quoted after the free survey and the quote is fixed; the tiers above are the ranges those quotes fall in.
Why is a system or regular boiler service more than a combi?
There is more to check: the cylinder, the tank in the loft, the motorised valves and the pump, which a combi does not have. Ten extra minutes, ten extra pounds.
What does the boiler plan cover?
The annual service, no call-out fee on any emergency or repair visit, 20% off repair labour, and priority booking. £12 a month for a gas boiler, £16 for oil. Parts are not included; a full cover plan with parts is something we can arrange through a third party if you want it.
